I think students engage with me well because I don’t rely on a specific strategy for
an engaging class. Instead, I ensure I’m visible to all, ready to deliver the lesson,
and approachable for clarifications. My warmth and strictness enhance classroom
management and student participation.
My teaching style isn’t about being unique; it’s about pouring my heart into lessons
and loving my craft. I adapt to PHINMA Education’s emphasis, using not just visual
materials but considering myself as a vital learning resource for students.
